I have worked collaboratively with other agencies including social care, child and adult mental health service, family service, health related education team, young carers federation and women’s aid. In a therapeutic role I have supported others with a variety of diverse issues including:

• Anxiety
• Depression
• Self- Harm
• Abuse-sexual, emotional, physical, neglect
• Sexual exploitation
• Domestic Abuse
• Abandonment
 • Relationship difficulties

• Teenage pregnancy
• Bereavement
• Sexuality
• Gender dysphoria
• Bullying
• Anger Management
• Lack of confidence/Low self-worth
• Attachment

I have experience in supporting people with complex needs such as those arising from issues around adoption or being placed in care.
As a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist and a member of the National Counselling Society, I am aware that professional and personal development is on-going so I do attend regular supervision, seminars and courses.
